Can someone else pick up my mail or package for me?
Yes. You may authorize another person to pick up your mail or package on your behalf, subject to our identification and authorization requirements.
Which shipping carriers do you work with?
We offer shipping services through major carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, so you can choose the shipping option that best fits your needs.
How long do you hold packages?
Packages are securely held for up to 15 days from the date of arrival. Packages not picked up, forwarded, or otherwise handled within 15 days may be subject to additional storage fees or returned to the sender.
Can I use my mailbox while traveling or living out of state?
Absolutely. Your virtual mailbox gives you a consistent mailing address that you can continue using while you’re traveling, relocating, or living outside the area.
Can I change how my mail is handled from one delivery to the next?
Yes. You can request different mail-handling options based on your needs and the services available through your plan.
Can I receive mail for my family members?
Yes. Household members may be added when permitted by your plan and applicable USPS requirements.
What should I do if I have a problem with my mail or package?
