Mailbox Activation Requirements
To activate a mailbox, customers must complete USPS Form 1583, provide two valid forms of identification, provide a valid phone number and email address, and agree to mailbox service policies.
 

Package Storage Policy
Packages are held for up to 30 days. Packages left longer than 30 days may be subject to additional storage fees or returned to the sender.
 

Unlimited Package Receiving Policy
Mailbox plans include unlimited package receiving under our fair use policy. Excessive package volume, oversized
shipments, or other special handling may result in additional fees.
 

Payment Policy
Sovereign Mail & Logistics accepts card payments only. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard,
American Express, and Discover. Cash is not accepted.
 

Prohibited Items Policy
We do not accept hazardous materials, illegal substances, perishable goods, weapons, or live animals.
 

Refund / Billing Policy
Mailbox services are billed monthly. Once a billing cycle begins, payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
