Customers are notified when mail arrives and can request scans, forwarding, or pickup based on their needs.

What is a virtual mailbox?
A virtual mailbox gives you a real commercial street address where your mail and packages are received. When mail
arrives, you are notified and can choose how you want it handled.
Can I receive packages?
Yes. We accept packages from USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Can I use this address for my business?
Yes. Our commercial address can be used for business registration, customer correspondence, and receiving
packages.
How does mail scanning work?
When mail arrives, we scan the outside of the envelope and notify you. You can then choose to request a scan of the
contents, have it forwarded, hold it for pickup, or discard it when allowed.
How long are packages stored?
Packages are securely stored for up to 30 days. Packages left longer than 30 days may incur storage fees or be returned to the sender.
What identification is required?
To activate a mailbox, customers must complete USPS Form 1583 and provide two valid forms of identification. This is
required by the United States Postal Service.
